Worked across TikTok advertising platforms with SMB and key client accounts across industries including telecom, financial services, automotive, food, clothing, and technology. Focused on campaign performance, advertiser growth, product adoption, measurement, and client-facing platform strategy.

Problem

Advertisers faced tracking, campaign setup, account access, billing, and platform configuration challenges that impacted campaign delivery, measurement accuracy, and optimization. They also needed stronger campaign execution, clearer performance insights, scalable spending strategies, and better use of TikTok Ads solutions to improve conversions, ROAS, and long-term account growth.

Approach

Reviewed campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budget allocation, conversion tracking, Pixel and Events Manager signals, account structure, and performance metrics. Translated insights into optimization recommendations, product-fit opportunities, account growth strategies, and reporting that aligned with advertiser goals.

Trained machine learning models on CBC parameters and created a Tkinter GUI for easier input and prediction.
